Hugel & Fils: Hugel was established in 1639. Based in Riquewhir, the famous family-owned Hugel winery is now run by Etienne and Marc Hugel. Made with the same passion and efficiency, all the wines produced here offers high standards of quality. The Gentile is a great aperitif and complements both sweet and sour dishes very well. Both the Riesling and Gewurztraminer show great balance and character.
