Castellari Bergaglio:

Made from the local grape variety called Cortese, Gavi is the famous dry, white wine from Italy. The finest wines tend to be produced in the vineyards around the town of Gavi (hence Gavi di Gavi). The small family winery of Castellari Bergaglio is amongst the very finest producers making Gavi of ‘Premier Cru’ standard, consistently recommended by the specialized press.

Located in the north west Piemonte region, Prunotto is a leading producers of the area who pioneered the concept of single vineyards. The wines produced here are of very high standards.
